Families planning to recruit a full-time live-in tutor to begin in September 2009 are urged to begin search now to have choice of the best private tutors available
Adam Caller, founder of Tutors International, explains why December 2008 is the ideal time for families to begin the search for a full time live-in tutor who will start working with the family in September 2009
OXFORD, UK, December 04, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tutors International advises that December is the best month to begin the search for a full-time live-in tutor whose contract would start in late summer 2009. In an effort to prevent disappoint caused by leaving the process too late, Adam Caller explains why parents should consider their private tutoring requirements at the end of 2008 in order to secure the best private tutors for 2009. Adam explained; "Due to the timings of the academic year, there is definitely an ideal time to begin the recruitment process for a full-time live-in tutor in particular, and that starts with contacting us in December to discuss the client's requirements in detail. This means that we can start looking for the ideal match early in the New Year, resulting in a shortlist by Easter or Spring Break time. This isn't anything to do with our internal processes," Adam added, "It's all to do with the fact that the best tutors may already be teaching in a school or have other educational commitments. In those circumstances, a successful candidate for a full time live-in tutor position would have to give at least one term of notice to their current employer."
"It may seem incredibly far in advance to approach us almost a year before the tuition itself may begin," Adam commented. "However, beginning the process this early means that an employed tutor would be able to serve out their notice in the summer term and be free to start their contract with the family in either the summer holidays or September of 2009. That little bit of forward planning on the part of the client guarantees that we will be able to find the best selection of candidate tutors, with enough time for those employed in schools to leave their current position without causing any inconvenience to their employers."
