"As someone who does this every day, I know that finding the right tutor for a family involves many different components," Adam begins. "I think one of the most important tips I can give to parents is to check that the tutor agency is incredibly thorough with regards to background checks. Just running an ECRB is not sufficient, as that only lists those with criminal records. At Tutors International we inspect all original documents, write to and talk to three referees, and employ Kroll to background check each tutor.
